Régie du logement

The Régie du logement is a specialized court concerning residential leases. It informs the citizens on their rights and obligations, promotes good relationships at the time of a lease and, in the absence of an amicable agreement, it settles the litigations. The Régie also has to take care about conservation of the number of residences and, in these cases, to ensure the protection of tenant's rights. Moreover, it publishes brochures of decisions taken by managers.
